The movie One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest is a 1975 American psychological, comedy drama classic based on a 1962 novel of the same name by Ken Kesey, directed by Milos Forman, and featured popular Hollywood actor Jack Nicholson and equally popular Hollywood actress Louise Fletcher in leading roles. The movie also had a strong supporting cast that included the likes of Danny DeVito, Sydney Lassick, William Redfield, and Will Sampson.

Mimi Sarkisian made her debut in the film alongside actors Christopher Lloyd and Brad Dourif, both of whom have gone on to have fulfilling acting careers. Most people who saw or have seen the movie wondered who the cute nurse, who was essentially the assistant of the austere Nurse Mildred Ratched, played by Louise Fletcher, was. It tells the story of a Korean War veteran named Randall Patrick “Mac” McMurphy (played by Jack Nicholson) who was convicted in the fall of 1963 for statutory rape after his girlfriend had lied about being 18 years old when she was in reality three years younger.

He feigns insanity to escape doing physical labor and is sent to the same institution where Nurse Ratched is riding roughshod over the inmates of the asylum. Once there, Nicholson’s character who was nicknamed Mac rallies the scared patients against the tyrannical nurse. As previously stated, Mimi Sarkisian’s role as Nurse Pilbow would have gone unnoticed if she were not one of a few female cast members, but she became known as the Pill Nurse because she was in charge of handing out the medications to the patients, including Mac.

Mimi Sarkisian’s marital status is unknown

Mimi Sarkisian more or less disappeared from public view after her 1983 movie appearance, and for a long while, people speculated about various aspects of her life, including her marital status. When she made her appearance on the multiple-award-winning classic, the actress was single and was also not known to be in any relationship at the time.

One would assume though that since her withdrawal from the limelight, she might have gotten involved in various relationships and probably got married.
