Virgil Vogel, the director of the movie Wagon Train dubbed former juvenile actress Eileen Baral “The brightest child actress”, thanks to her stellar performance while on set. With her becoming physical appearance, big expressive eyes, coupled with raw talent, Eileen caught the attention of movie directors who were falling over themselves to feature her in their productions. She gained popularity within a short while of arriving in Hollywood and was soon cast in other projects, including Insight, Lancer, Nanny, The Professor, Mirage, and many more, but sadly, Eileen disappeared from the entertainment scene, never to be seen again.

Many said the whole celebrity affair was becoming too much for the teenage girl, while others believed Eileen got bored with acting. But whichever may be the case, it was later heard that she got married in 1985 and settled down to have two children who are all grown up now.

Now 69 years old, Eileen Baral was born in 1955

Born on the 7th of May 1955, actress Eileen Baral is currently 69 years old. Her place of birth is recorded as Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in the United States of America. There is a dearth of information on her parents but according to reports, Eileen got a lot of support from her mother. Talking about the former actress, her mum said Eileen started mimicking things on TV from the tender age of four and it was glaring that she would follow a career path in entertainment.

Thus, after Eileen landed her debut role in Wagon Train, her mum didn’t hesitate in relocating their family to Hollywood from Philadelphia where they used to live.

Nothing much has been said about the former entertainer’s father except that he committed suicide while in prison for child molestation. No mention was ever made of her siblings but an old family picture on the internet space suggests that she has two brothers.

The former juvenile actress started acting at the age of nine

Eileen Baral first captured the hearts of fans and moviemakers at the age of nine in 1964 through her depiction of Robin Rossiter / Sara Hanrahan in Wagon Train – the ghost of the girl who met her death in the Donner party. This tragic real-life story opened inroads into other productions as Eileen was soon cast in several productions.

Following her appearance in Wendy and Me as Lissa Harris in 1964, she appeared in a single episode of The Alfred Hitchcock Hour, depicting the role of Eva Snyder in 1965. The year turned out to be a prolific one for the juvenile actress as she appeared in four other television series namely, The Rogues as Monique, The Farmer’s Daughter as Greta, Bonanza as Lisa, Perry Mason as Elke, and the movie Mirage as Irene.

She left the acting scene in 1972

Eileen recorded a couple of credits in 1966 on the set of the television movies The Long Hunt of April Savage where she was cast as Miranda Potter and the TV series Occasional Wife as Amanda. Eileen Baral’s acting portfolio was boosted by four TV series appearances in 1967 on the sets of The Big Valley playing Mary / Gayle, Judd for the Defense as Rita Chambers, The Girl from U.N.C.L.E. essaying the role of Eris, and I Spy as Leno.

She didn’t score any role in 1988 but bounced back in 1969 with The Bold Ones: The New Doctors, playing Jennifer Stanton. The year 1970 was when she was seen as Tillie in Lancer and between 1970 and 1971, Baral was featured as Francine Fowler on the set of the TV series Nanny and the Professor. The American actress last graced the screen in 1972 in two television series Owen Marshall, Counselor at Law playing Doreen Saugus, and Insight as Bessie. She equally appeared in the movie Killer by Night in an unaccredited role as Emily.

Talking about Eileen Baral’s net worth, there’s no accurate estimate to show what she made so far. Considering her noticeable absence from the movie industry, her net worth may never make it to the public space.
