In her response as published by Soaps.Com, Beth said her ex passed on without pain as he had loved ones holding his hands. After mentioning that Christopher was survived by their only child Emelia, Beth went on to talk about how she spent 35 long years loving Christopher with everything she has, and even with their divorce, she still feels sorry for the pain felt by his loved ones.

During her grieving period with Emelia, Beth kept her social media accounts silent, but after one month, she surfaced on Instagram with a picture of herself and her daughter with the caption, “Even in the dark there is music,” she captioned the picture.

Christopher Banninger and Beth Maitland’s 26 –year-long marriage was far from childless; the couple left a legacy in their daughter Emelia Banninger. Emilia is the pride of her mum as she seems to be excelling in her chosen career path. The Banninger daughter did not follow in her mum’s footsteps, rather, she took to music, functioning as a bassoonist. Emelia attended the University of London’s Royal Academy of Music to obtain a Master of Arts degree. Prior to that, Beth’s only child was at the California Polytechnic State University where she studied the bassoon, graduating with a BA in 2017.

Emelia has played the bassoon at a plethora of important events, notable among them is her performance at the San Luis Obispo, California symphony where her mum was one of the spectators.
